These boxes are made of the best cuts available at the time the beef is processed. 1/2 of the box is made up of ground beef in one pound packages. The other half is made up of Steaks (Porterhouse, T-Bone, Ribeye, NY Strip, Filet, Sirloin, Eye of Round) Roasts (Tip, Rump, and Chuck), Beef Ribs and Beef Cubes.
