These boxes are made of the best cuts available at the time the beef is processed. 1/2 of the box is made up of ground beef in one pound packages. The other half is made up of Steaks (Ribeye, NY Strip, Filet, Eye of Round)and Roasts (Rump, and Chuck). (The price includes 3% credit card fee)
